PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.

User by using our site must follow and agree strictly the terms and conditions.  It is recommended that you review this document periodically in case there is a change.  If you do not agree to the terms of service of this site, you must leave and not take advantage of our content.

You must be 18 years or older to use the features of this site.  Yanelis3D (Yanelis Barros) will not be responsible for the unauthorized transactions made by the person under-age.

Agreement:
After you read this document you must agree to all these terms to be able to use the features of the site.

Copyright:
1) This site's content is protected under copyright laws of the United States of America and other international treats. The content that is available for sale is add-on content for the software “Poser”.  “Poser” is a registered trademark and software by “Smith Micro Graphics”.  Yanelis3D is not selling portions of the software, only legal add-on content for Poser 5, 6 and 7.  Yanelis3D personally creates the add-on content.

2) With agreement of the terms of service; using this site's resources you are not acquiring any of the copyrights of the illustrated content or information.  It is a violation to copy, save, paste or claim yours information about this site in another public website or document without written permission of Yanelis Barros.

Statement of Truth and Fraud:
1)When you register to this online store, you confirm that the information you provided at registration time is true and that you agree to the terms of service of this online store. 

2) The registered account is licensed to only one (1) person.  Yanelis3D is not responsible if you shared account and a third party made an unauthorized transaction.

3) We reserve the right to delete and ban users who are in violation of the terms of service.  We also have the right to deny transactions made by fraudulent users.

4) If the user registration is wrong or seem to be fraudulent, we will have the right to contact you any time to verify your information to be true via e-mail.  If the user does not reply in a period of 2 weeks, we will assume it is fraudulent and the account will be closed without notice.

Refunds:

I.Yanelis3D issues a refund when the following steps are completed:

A) Malfunction of purchased product: You have until 60 days starting from the purchase date to present this case.
1) The client used the support system to try to fix the problem. http://www.yanelis3d.net/support .
2) The client received support from Yanelis3D in less than 48 hours. This time may vary on weekends and US/Puerto Rico Holidays. Example: Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc).
    Take also in consideration that if the support service is closed, it will state the reason and the day when the tickets will be reviewed again.  Example: Yanelis3D Studio Support System is currently offline due to Summer Vacations, or Holidays and we will be closed from Xmonth, xday, to xmonth xday.
3) The problem could not be resolved, a refund will be issued.

B) Duplicate orders: If for some reason the client purchased twice the same product, an immediate refund will be issued.

C) The product was not as advertised: If the client feels that the product is not as advertised, a refund will be issued.


II. Yanelis3D will not issue a refund when:

A)  The client cannot request a refund about mal-function or “missing features” of a product that clearly states the mal-function or unavailable features.
Example: The client buys a product that states clearly “This product was not tested in Daz Studio”.  The client cannot request a refund if the purchased product does not work in Daz Studio.  The client has the strict responsibility of reading the available features and software compatibility.

B)  When you buy, you are stating that you read the product description and that you cannot issue a refund if you encounter issues that were stated in the product page.

Payments: Yanelis3D is only accepting PayPal payments.  It will not be allowed if the client tries to pay in a different way (money order. check, wire transfer, etc).
