• What is the difference of buying your products here than in the other stores you currently broker?
  The difference is the exclusive prices and PayPal payment method.  In the other stores you find the same product but with higher prices.  In Yanelis3D studio you have the opportunity to buy them at a lower exclusive price.

• Is there a possibility I can pay with another payment method that is not PayPal?

No.

• I own a bank account and not a credit card. PayPal does not let me do an “Instant Transfer” or an “E-Check”.  What can I do about that?

You will have to transfer an amount of money first to your PayPal account before purchasing in any store accepting PayPal.

• I own a credit card, but don’t have PayPal.  What can I do?

You can easily register for a PayPal account and add your credit card without problems.  It is an easy and fast process.

• The download will be automatically available after I instantly pay?

Yes, your download will be available even if your order is in “Processing” status.
When the order is in “Processing” status means that the store received the instant payment.  If no payment is received, the order status will be in “Pending” with no available download until the payment has been received.

• Are your products compatible with Daz Studio?

Our products are compatible with Daz Studio.  We save the OBJ files in Geometries folder and include “no shader” mats for the best rendering results.
Yanelis3D does not master the software “Daz Studio” and the knowledge is very limited.  We are trying our best to master this product to bring the costumer the best compatibility. If some features of the product are not compatible with “Daz Studio” we will notify it in the product page. 

• Why Yanelis3D Online Store does not support Poser 4, Pro Pack (4.01)?

Yanelis3D does not own Poser 4 and Pro Pack.

• What software is Yanelis3D Studio currently supporting?

Poser 5, Poser 6, Poser 7, and The New Poser Pro

•   Are your vendor products carefully tested?

Yes, we test our vendor’s products deeply and try to achieve the best performance with the product.  If the vendor’s product does not pass this process, the product will not be available for purchase.

• Why Yanelis3D is accepting vendor submissions?

The main purpose of this store is to sell “Poser Content” and one of the best there is.  I wanted to give the opportunity to other vendors to work directly with me and  to sale their products here as an “Extension “or “Exclusivity” version of the product.
We also have the intentions of paying the website/(personal)college/(personal)health insurance bills.  This is actually the main reason the studio decided to accept vendor submissions and opened for the first place.

• I am trying to download your freebies, but can't find the "Download Button".
  In order to download our freebies, you need to be registered in this website.  That is the only thing we require in exchange.  Be aware that by signing up in this website, you agree to the terms of service and you are being  automatically subscribed in the newsletter.  If you don't wish to be subscribed to the newsletter, you can easily disable it in "Your Account" web page.
